Because we are selling snack foods, once an order is shipped (which we do pretty darn quick), there are no cancellations or refunds. But hey, look on the bright side. You've got a perfect gift for a friend or loved one! To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible using the email address shown on the Contact page and include the following information: Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and order number.
You can trust that we will process and ship your order just as quickly as possible but there may be situations where your order is delayed. If we are unable to ship your order within three business days, we will make every attempt to contact you and work it out by offering a refund, credit, or at our discretion, maybe even by bribing you with free products.
The Kravers website calculates shipping costs real-time based on information provided by the shipping company at the time of checkout. While this is usually very accurate, there can be times where you under pay for shipping and times that you slightly overpay. Overages will be deemed "handling" fees and will not be entitled to credit or refund.
